Files live in one place, next to the project they belong to, so your assistant can find them. Storage is 10 GB, 25 GB or 50 GB by plan.

- **Brand kit:** your colours, logo and fonts.
- **Design:** slides, posters and flyers laid out from your text and images. You adjust and use them; nothing is posted for you.
- **Canvas:** diagrams and charts.
- **Share links** expire after the hours you set, and you can revoke them.

## Good practice

Keep client files in the client's project. Share a single file by link rather than a folder.
