About

Made so the office stays in order.

Nabcloud is made by AVS Media in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Memory

A practice, a firm or a workshop runs on small, careful acts: a record kept, a document sent to the right person, a deadline noted, an invoice that matches the hours. Assistants that write and calculate can help with much of this, but on their own they forget, they scatter the work across chats, and they have no sense of what must wait for a person.

Nabcloud is the workspace where those assistants do the work in an orderly way. Appointments, documents, clients, invoices, files and websites live in one place. Your team connects the AI assistants it already uses, once, and they work inside that place. What they learn is kept there, not in a chat window.

What it is, and what it is not#

Nabcloud is a workspace for offices: practices, firms, trades and small and medium-sized companies. It is not an assistant of its own. It has no AI built in, and it does not replace the one you use. You keep your assistants and keep paying for them where you already do. Nabcloud supplies the place they work in: the tools, the memory, the approvals and the record.

What you can count on#

Anything that leaves the office, such as an email to a client or an invoice, waits for your approval. Every step an assistant takes is written to an audit trail that you can filter and export. Each assistant has a name, a role and only the permissions you give it. Your records live in your workspace, so you can change assistant without losing the file, and you can export your data.

We say what is live, what depends on your setup and what is not there yet. The examples on this site use made-up names, amounts and offices, and say so. We have no customer stories to tell yet, and we do not invent any.

Who makes it#
