Jobs, parts and shifts, kept straight.
For repairs, trades and cleaning: one job per piece of work, and a rota for the crew.
One job per piece of work.
A job is one piece of work for one customer, moving through a pipeline for repair, craftsman, cleaning or project work. You write an estimate and send it as a link; the customer accepts or declines with a typed name, no account needed. A deposit takes a percentage of the accepted estimate, and the final invoice deducts it.
- Pipelines for repair, craftsman, cleaning and project work
- An estimate as a link the customer answers
- A deposit invoice, deducted from the final one
Checklists, photos, parts from stock.
A job holds a checklist, photos, notes, time and the parts used. A part taken from a stock item leaves the stock in the same step. Jobs can repeat on a schedule, and a customer's things can be recorded. Money is kept in whole cents, VAT included.
- Checklists and photos on the job
- Parts leave stock when used
- Recurring jobs
A rota, a clock, no extra seats.
The team tool holds people, shifts, weekly templates, time off and the clock. A week can be drafted from templates and published, and each person receives only their own shifts. Crew have no workspace seat: they sign in to the business's web app, clock in, and see their shifts and jobs. Hours export as CSV for the payroll office.
- Shifts drafted from weekly templates
- Crew sign in to the business app, not the workspace
- Break and rest rules show as warnings, never as blocks
Tickets for complaints and returns.
Requests from a form, a mail, a call or the customer's own report become numbered tickets. A reply-by time depends on the priority, a resolved ticket asks for a rating, and a customer's reply reopens it within 14 days.
- Numbered tickets with a reply-by time
- Internal notes the customer never sees
- Linked to the job, order, invoice or booking
