Features · Matters and time
A matter, a record, an invoice.
Cases with parties, dates and a timeline. Tracked hours become invoice lines.
One record per matter.
A matter is a case with parties, notes, deadlines, links to other records and a timeline. Matters are numbered by a scheme you can change. An intake form can be made public: each answer becomes a prospect contact and a task, and you accept or decline.

A conflict check, and your judgement.
The check compares every client and counterparty in your records and ranks the hits with reasons. It is a comparison of names, not a legal opinion. A deadline has a due date and a kind: statutory, court, contractual or internal. It appears in the responsible person's calendar with reminders. The app keeps the deadline; you decide what it is.
