Your assistant can list upcoming bookings, show the free start times, book a guest in by hand after a phone call, reschedule to another free slot or cancel. Changes are checked against the calendar, and messages that reach a client wait in Approvals. A shared staff calendar can hold a rota.

Yes. A booking type has a public page where a client picks a free slot, within the availability and notice you set. See appointments.
Does it send reminders and recalls automatically?
To be confirmed. We do not describe automatic reminders or recalls as available. Moving or cancelling a booking tells the guest by email, after your approval.
